Shipping Policy

Processing times, Orders will take 2-4 business days to process.

Shipping costs. Sydney Metro area is a flat rate of $24.95, all other orders are subject to location and prices will be updated once delivery address has been received by us.  

Delivery times. Sydney metro 24hours once delivery has been sent. All other orders 7- 10 business days

Returns. Please see our returns policy.

We do not take responsibility for incorrect information provided at checkout. If an item is sent to an incorrect address because of user error, we are not obliged to re-send the item to an alternate address at our expense. We always endeavour to send delivers at the earliest opportunity, so delivery times are subject to change. If delivery is delayed, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation or refund of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.
