SUPERBLEND MILK 9 is a lightening milk that must be mixed with Tecna bleaching powder and created for use with the SUPERBLEND system. It allows professionals to obtain a creamy mixture that does not drip during use. It is enriched with milk proteins, polishing and detangling the hair, which is essential during the lightening treatment.
Directions for use: Mix the bleaching powder and SUPERBLEND MILK 9 in equal doses. Mix with BLEND 10 until the desired consistency is obtained.
